Detailed timeline: Develop a COMPREHENSIVE wedding day timeline and share it with relevant vendors. 3. vendor coordination: review contracts make sure no detail is overlooked and contact each vendor to confirm delivery dates, locations,and services. 4. rehearsal assistance: attend the wedding rehearsal to ensure all participants understand their roles and the flow of the ceremony. 5.
